Mark Miller is the Executive Vice President of Health Care at Arnold Ventures.
He previously served as the Executive Director of the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, a nonpartisan agency that makes Medicare recommendations to Congress. He has held prominent positions at the Congressional Budget Office, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Office of Management and Budget. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in the development of major health legislation such as the Balanced Budget Act; the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act; and the Affordable Care Act.
