Zack Cooper is an Associate Professor of Public Health and of Economics at Yale University, where he also serves as Director of Health Policy at the school’s Institution for Social and Policy Studies.
His research focuses on competition and government policy in health care and health insurance markets. He received an award for Best Paper from the National Institute for Health Care Management and was named an Andrew Carnegie Fellow in 2019.
